The application process can take up to a week. There is a thorough screening process that each application goes through before approval or denial. The amount of information provided initially can also shorten or lengthen the process. If an adequate amount of information is not provided initially, then we'll need to follow up and obtain the needed information. Your application may be set aside until the additional information is provided, which may result in prolonging the application process.

The state of Wisconsin requires us to issue back deposits within 21 days of a move out, assuming we were notified of such move out ahead of time, that such move out is not in breach of the lease currently in place, and that we were given a forwarding address to be able to send the refund to. We do our best to do so within the required time frame, but some circumstances may lengthen our move out inspection and security deposit processing. Please feel free to reach out to us if you do not receive your deposit within 21 days after moving out.
We take multiple factors into account in our application process. Currently, we do not run credit checks as part of our screening process unless specifically requested by a client for a specific property. We may take into consideration items such as judgments and debts that could negatively affect an applicants ability to pay rent.
