Manitowoc Property Management LLC (MPM) was established in 2017 due to the increased demand and lack of property management services in the Manitowoc area. MPM acts as a link between property owners and their tenants to make the leasing experience more enjoyable and streamlined for everyone involved.

MPM offers diversified services for the management of all kinds of properties such as single-family homes, multifamily properties, and commercial properties. We are also pleased to offer real estate sales services to those seeking to invest in or sell residential and/or commercial properties. Tell us what you need and we'll take care of the rest.

As of December 15th, 2023, we are no longer managing any properties not owned by MPM. We are still conducting real estate sales for our current investors and any new investors while working closely with Blue Frog Property Management to refer over any clients interested in a full service property management company able to take care of their investments.
